He was professional and laid out a few options, explaining the advantages and drawbacks of each. We went with the Lennox XP14. The installation was done professionally within a few days. Very satisfied with the service and with how well the system performs. I highly recommend this company.

I had a heat pump installed with Pierrefonds Heating Inc. in June 2015. The heat pump has been working great ever since. The installers were very nice and pleasant to deal with. The installation went very smoothly. Also, the salesman told me that their service department would be contacting me after 1 year of installation to start a regular maintenance program. I was just contacted recently and have booked my first appointment. I must say I was very pleased with the installation and with the after service they provide. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
